Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, gift cards, or custom orders, unless defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
To initiate a return, email us at support@corevly.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will provide shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, follow the same process as returns.
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.
