Shipping Cost

No hidden fees or extra delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

Handling & Transit Time

• Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Order Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Terms

We currently ship all orders through USPS or equivalent trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment until it safely arrives at your door.

Change of Address

We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit

Taxes on shipping (if any) are included in the displayed shipping price.
