 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this 14-day period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

The return window begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@corevly.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the correct return address (as listed on our Contact page and in your order confirmation email).

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached

  • The item must be in resaleable condition

Returns that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration (not caused by our error) may be refused or partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased “for trial purposes”

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Perishable food items once opened or used

 Exchanges

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost.

To request an exchange:

  • Email support@corevly.com within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund

  • Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process

 Restocking Fee

In certain situations, a 15% restocking fee may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Returns not caused by a product defect

  • Returns due to customer preference (size, style, or color)

  • Refused deliveries not related to damage or error

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs

  • Outbound shipping (from Corevly to you) is free

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

    • The item was defective

    • The wrong item was sent

    • The item was damaged during shipping due to our error

In approved error or defect cases, Corevly will cover all related return shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country or region. These charges are non-refundable.
